Venture Court Office Building

The Venture Court Office Building is a 12,600-square-foot pre-engineered metal building with a single slope roof on the shop space and a lean-to roof on the front of the building for the office space. The building consists of a 150’x60′ shop space with a 24′ office space connected to the shop. During the concrete slab and foundation process, our AB team utilized a 3D laser screed during pours, which encouraged a flat floor spec’d area and slop to all six-floor drains. The Venture Court Office Building can be split into six equal spaces of shop office combinations or can be kept as a warehouse/storage facility.
